Now Hiring: Lead Builder – Terror in the Corn (Erie, CO)

We’re hiring a Lead Builder to help execute build projects and keep the show structurally solid from build season through operation.

This is a hands-on role focused on getting projects built, keeping them running, and solving problems as they come up. You’ll be working from approved designs, your job is to make sure they get built right and hold up all season.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building sets, facades, and scenic elements

• Handling in-season maintenance and repairs

• Identifying weak points and reinforcing before they fail

• Working independently or leading small crews when needed

• Keeping build projects safe, clean, and consistent

What matters:

• You have real build experience (construction, scenic, fabrication)

• You can work without constant direction

• You’re reliable under pressure during the season

• You understand that in a haunt, things will break and need to be fixed fast

Haunt experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule: Mon–Fri (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) + nights/weekends in season

Location: Erie, CO
